Join a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants providing exceptional post-acute patient care within your community. The position involves managing and coordinating care, conducting patient rounds, and collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Enjoy a schedule of 8-hour shifts, 7 days on and 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually, with comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight by a Medical Director to support your success.
