We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist in Mankato, MN to join our behavioral health team.

Provide mental health treatment using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT

Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and treatment response

Maintain accurate electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulations

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field and active, unrestricted license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT) in MN.

Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of post-master’s experience, familiarity with documentation tools, and direct psychotherapy experience with individuals and families.
