Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to provide mental health support to individuals with severe mental illness, including PTSD.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering individual and group counseling, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating clients and families, monitoring progress, and providing crisis intervention.

Skills required include knowledge of mental health terminology, clinical documentation, social work practices, PTSD interventions, confidentiality, and experience with diverse populations across age groups.
