Job Description
The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP), supervised by the CMO, provides specialized wound management in home, nursing home, and assisted living settings.
They perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver treatments for chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and surgical wounds. Supervise nurses and medical assistants, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, active NP licensure, and wound care certification within 6 months. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an NP, with strong assessment and procedural skills. Position involves physical effort, travel (up to 25%), and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
