Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical nursing services within Behavioral Health Services, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN preferred, RN license in New Mexico or Compact, BLS certification, and 5+ years of clinical behavioral health experience with 2+ years in management.
Strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience working with medical staff and facilitating team collaboration.
The role reports to the Director and involves working in a clean, ventilated environment, with flexible hours and physical demands including communication and stress management skills.
