Job Description
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing post-acute care within the community.
Manage and coordinate patient care, including conducting rounds, writing orders, and facilitating diagnostic procedures.
Communicate effectively with staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and handle billing-related documentation.
Requires excellent communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork skills.
Preferred one year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or hospitalist settings.
Must hold a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
