Join a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants providing exceptional post-acute care in the community. This ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER role involves managing patient care, collaborating with staff, conducting patient rounds, and documenting care in electronic records. Comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight ensure your success.
Shift Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (26 weeks off annually), with 8-hour shifts. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
