Job Description

We are building a better health system by providing accessible, integrated primary, musculoskeletal, and mental health care through in-home and virtual visits.


  • Provide patient care during 8-hour day shifts, with options for 3-5 days/week and a weekend rotation every 4th weekend.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with an integrated care team, submitting referrals and adapting to market needs.
  • Must reside in Fargo, ND, hold a Master’s in Nursing, current nurse certification, and ND licensure (MN preferred).
  • Responsibilities include managing patient needs efficiently, utilizing technology, and performing phlebotomy (training provided).
