  • Effectively evaluate and develop care plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
  • Provide rehabilitative treatments, monitor outcomes, and modify services as needed.
  • Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Maintain proper documentation and discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.
