Physician Services Group (PSG) is expanding in Aiken, SC and hiring a full-time *Physician (MD or DO)* to join our growing *Post-Acute Care* team.

Enjoy a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, and a low daily patient volume in a *Skilled Nursing and Rehab* setting.

*Responsibilities:*

* Provide direct patient care including new admissions, follow-ups, and scheduled Medicare visits
* Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
* Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site
* Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility guidelines
* Collaborate with facility teams to coordinate holistic care
* Accurately document visits and submit billing using EMR and proper E/M coding
* Promote PSG’s mission and services in alignment with care standards

*Qualifications:*

* MD or DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in a Primary Care specialty)
* Active South Carolina medical license, DEA, and DHEC credentials
* Strong understanding of chronic and post-acute care models
* EMR documentation and coding experience preferred
* Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
* Passion for improving care in the post-acute space

*Schedule:*

* Monday to Friday
* Part time options available also (4 shift/ month min)
* 6–8 hour shifts
* ~16 patients per day
* No nights, weekends, or on-call
