Wound Care Physician – Board Certified MD or DO Only

Job Description

Our private wound care provider group is looking for a board certified or board eligible physician with primary care, geriatrics, surgical, or emergency medicine backgrounds, who has interest in transitioning into a career in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Training is offered by our physician team if no prior experience in wound care. In order to be considered, candidates MUST have completed a prior residency in their primary field of study and is either board certified or board eligible. We CANNOT accept candidates who have not completed an accredited residency program at this time.

Current specialty: any specialty considered although preferred family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics experience

Position: full-time, medical director

Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday – Friday)

Certification: 40 hour foundation hyperbaric oxygen therapy course certification, wound care certification (both will be required once contract is signed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $275,000.00 – $425,000.00 per year
