Job Description

Seeking a compassionate licensed mental health professional to provide therapy and supervision at school-based health clinics in Albuquerque.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosis, therapy (individual, family, group), crisis intervention, treatment planning, and documentation in EHR. The role involves collaborating with school staff, case managers, and healthcare teams to support primarily uninsured and Medicaid-covered students.

Qualifications include a master’s degree, minimum 2 years post-masters clinical experience, valid licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent), and fluency in Spanish. Candidates must have reliable transportation, current provider insurance, and certifications such as CPR and HIPAA.

This full-time contracted position offers a flexible schedule aligned with school hours, competitive salary ($55,000-$69,000), and benefits including paid time off, professional development, and telehealth options during school closures. Work is primarily in person at multiple clinics, with occasional telehealth.
