Job Description

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed, and experienced *LCSW* to join our multidisciplinary team at our outpatient clinic. Looking for someone with *ADOLESCENT THERAPY experience. *TheLCSW will primarily provide individual, and family therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and contribute to integrated treatment plans that promote recovery, stability, and wellness.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct comprehensive *psychosocial assessments* and substance use evaluations.
* Develop and implement *individualized treatment plans* in collaboration with clients and treatment team.
* Provide *evidence-based psychotherapy* (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care, etc.) for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, peer support specialists, and other team members.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2).
* Support clients in connecting with community resources, housing, employment, and aftercare services.
* Participate in regular *clinical supervision* and team case conferences.
* Stay current with best practices and continuing education in behavioral health.

*Requirements*

* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
* Strong background in psychotherapy, mental health counseling, child family counseling, and patient assessment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Proficiency in data collection methods and clinical research practices is a plus.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in social work practice.
* Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or equivalent a plus

*Preferred Skills:*

* Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance documentation standards
