Job Description
We are seeking a full-time therapist to provide mobile behavioral health services across Northeast Colorado, focusing on underserved rural communities.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using modalities like CBT and DBT. Collaborate with a team of Peer Support Specialists and multidisciplinary professionals to expand treatment and recovery efforts. Offer in-person services in various settings, including hospitals and recovery residences, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. Engage clients through motivational interviewing and crisis intervention, addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications include a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with CAS credential, licensure preferred, and experience working with diverse and justice-involved populations. Familiarity with telehealth and strong communication skills are desirable.
