Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist in Mankato, MN to join our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing mental health treatment using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT
• Monitoring patient progress and clinical symptoms
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records and documentation

Minimum requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Active, unrestricted license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) in Minnesota

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of post-master’s experience providing psychotherapy
• Experience with electronic health records and professional communication tools
