Travel is required; reliable personal vehicle and valid license needed. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention. Maintain accurate documentation and manage a flexible schedule. Requirements include active California licensure, 2+ years wound care experience, and certification (preferred).
