Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides expert assessment and delivery of quality mental health care to youth and families across Community, Home, School, or Residential settings.
They oversee clinical interventions, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy services, including family and group therapy, while collaborating with community providers.
The role includes supervising, consulting, and training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting evidence-based practices.
Leadership duties involve aligning organizational goals, managing staff performance, and ensuring policy adherence.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of post-master’s clinical experience, and an active NYS license in a relevant mental health field.
Additional requirements encompass valid driver’s license, travel willingness, and CPR certification.
The position demands physical activity, flexibility in scheduling, and a minimum pay range of $60,500 to $88,000 based on experience.
