Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead neonatal resuscitation and develop care plans in the NICU at a 24/7 facility in Bend, OR.
Provide neonatal assessments, manage acute and ongoing care, perform procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Participate in quality improvement, education, transport support, and mentoring of staff. Work 12-hour shifts, with no formal call, in a team-focused environment.
