Direct Report to:Clinical Director
*Primary Purpose and Function*
Candidates must be trained in anxiety and mood disorders and provide individual, group, and family therapies. Experience in DBT, EMDR, Trauma, CBT and MI are highly desirable. Therapists will treat a selected caseload of female and male clients suffering from behavioral health issues. These clinicians must be able to perform bio-psychosocial assessments and participate in multi-disciplinary treatment and discharge planning for clients. Close communication with family members and referents is also required.
*Minimum Qualifications *
* Master’s Degree & Current Indiana *(*LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC, Ph.D)
* At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred
* Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction
* Specialization in Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Addiction, Eating Disorders
* Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
* Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
* Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
* Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR
* Knowledge of “best practices” behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
* Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
* Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele
*Essential Functions and Responsibilities*
* Provision of individual, group, and family therapy
* Timely and complete medical record documentation
* Bio-psychosocial Assessment
* Master treatment plan and discharge planning
* Participation in UR concurrent reviews as necessary
* Participation in Family Program, if needed
* Participation in Clinical On-call Rotation
* Participation in Multi-disciplinary treatment team
* Provision of in-service education for staff as requested
* Participation in Peer Review process
* Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and CARF accreditation regulations and standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,231.75 – $76,150.07 per year
