Job Description

Seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide mobile specialized wound care in long-term care facilities in York and Cumberland Counties.

  • Deliver personalized wound care using advanced tools and evidence-based protocols.
  • Assess patients thoroughly, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with facility teams and families.
  • Document findings accurately and practice independently with support from a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must have PA NP license, prescriptive authority, DEA license, and at least 2 years of wound care and SNF experience.
