Job Description

Seeking a *Primary Care Physician* in *Jena, LA* to oversee clinical operations at a detention facility housing ICE detainees.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and treatment for all age groups.
• Supervise medical staff and advanced practice providers, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies.
• Conduct daily rounds, review referrals, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with senior medical leadership and support facility performance improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and comply with all regulations and training requirements.

*Qualifications include a U.S. or Canadian medical degree, valid state medical license, DEA certification, and BLS certification. Prior experience in correctional or detention healthcare is preferred.*
