RN/Nurse Manager Perioperative Services

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for the management and provision of nursing services in the perioperative areas. This individual is to assist with ensuring that nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice and care are followed and the standards of care are consistent with current nursing research, nationally recognized professional standards and any applicable regulatory agency standards. Responsible for the administrative functions of Operating Room personnel, as well as related administrative functions of the Operating Room. Provides a safe, clean healthy environment for patients and staff. Gives guidance for career and personal growth of all Operating Room personnel.

Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in varied OR, clinical, educational and management roles; possess expert level knowledge base related to care of surgical and medical-surgical patients.

Salary is based on experience and is negotiable.
