Reputable community healthcare clinic seeks a Family Physician to join their team in beautiful California Wine Country, just 1 hour north of San Francisco. This outpatient role offers full or part-time schedules at clinics in Healdsburg and Windsor.


The Family Physician will collaborate with care teams to provide quality primary care to patients of all ages, adhering to medical standards, participating in quality improvement, and meeting clinical goals.


  • Requirements include graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school, current California/Board eligibility license, DEA license, CPR certification, and board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty.
  • A passion for community-based healthcare is essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
  • Training in EPIC electronic health records will be provided.
