We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology and dialysis team in a full-time, in-person role.
Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments, physical exams, and management of chronic kidney disease and dialysis patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients on treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Work under supervision from experienced Nephrology providers in a supportive environment. Requirements include an active VA Medical license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Nephrology experience is preferred but not necessary.
