We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Naples, FL, starting December 1, 2025.
Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and family therapy, completing clinical documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing crisis intervention, and participating in trainings.Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling or related field, active Florida LCSW or LMHC license, experience with diverse populations, strong clinical skills, and ideally CBT (Insomnia) training.Benefits offered are 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and in-person work.
