Freedom of Speech Therapy, LLC is a growing pediatric outpatient clinic providing *Help and Hope for All* through speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are seeking a passionate *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
*Position Summary*
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based treatment for pediatric patients with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders. The SLP collaborates with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (OT, PT, medical providers, etc.) to develop individualized treatment plans that maximize each child’s potential.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
* Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) aligned with patient needs, clinic policies, and family goals.
* Provide direct therapy to pediatric patients in individual and/or group settings.
* Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic standards and payer guidelines.
* Educate and counsel families/caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment strategies, and home programming.
* Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to ensure coordinated, family-centered care.
* Participate in interdisciplinary staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
* Adhere to HIPAA, FERPA, and clinic confidentiality policies.
* Stay current with evidence-based practices, ASHA guidelines, and Missouri licensing requirements.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
* Current Missouri state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Pediatric clinical experience preferred (outpatient, school, or early intervention).
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
*Physical & Work Requirements*
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move between treatment spaces.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (for assisting patients, equipment, or therapy materials).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric outpatient setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
