Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with internal medicine experience to join our full-time team in rehabilitation and nursing home settings.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Providing ongoing medical care and communicating with patients and families
  • Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified NP or PA with a valid Maryland license
  • Eligible for staff privileges and BLS certified
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA-C

Details:

  • Standard day shift, Monday to Friday, rotating weekends
  • In-person work environment
  • Salary ranges from $110,827 to $123,612 annually
