Job Description

The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care, assisting the Director with planning, evaluating, and enhancing departmental services.
They manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with policies, monitoring patient outcomes, and supporting staff development.
The role involves participating in strategic planning, improving clinical and operational processes, and collaborating across departments to meet quality, safety, and service excellence goals.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred for Magnet facilities), at least 2 years of clinical experience, prior supervisory or leadership experience, and an RN license with BLS certification.
Work schedule is full-time and operational 24/7.
