Job Description
We are seeking a full-time therapist to provide mobile behavioral health services across Northeast Colorado, focusing on underserved rural communities.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using modalities like CBT and DBT. Collaborate with a team of Peer Support Specialists and multidisciplinary professionals to expand treatment and recovery efforts. Offer in-person services at various locations, including hospitals and recovery residences, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including justice-involved individuals, utilizing crisis management and motivational interviewing techniques. Qualifications include a Master’s degree or CAS credential, relevant licensure, and experience with co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with telehealth and strong communication skills are preferred.
