*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, has a strong background in patient-centered care, and is enthusiastic about practicing functional medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and functional lab results
* Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplements, and wellness strategies
* Follow up with patients to track progress and make necessary treatment adjustments
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies
* Participate in team meetings and ongoing training in functional medicine practices
*Qualifications:*
* Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Wisconsin
* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (functional or integrative medicine experience a plus)
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient education and empowerment
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
* Familiarity with or interest in functional medicine principles and approaches
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Certification or training in Functional Medicine (e.g., IFM, A4M)
* Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
* Background in nutrition, hormone balancing, or chronic illness management

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
