Bespoke Psychiatry is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for long-term care psychiatric services across Illinois.

Our team offers unique supervision with two board-certified psychiatrists, fostering case discussion and mentorship for both new and experienced providers. We value team spirit, empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements:**
– Full-time or part-time roles
– Illinois license or in process
– Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing or physician assistant
– Prescriptive authority eligibility in Illinois
– BCLS certification
– Willingness to drive to facilities
– Passion for mental health

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct assessments and develop care plans
– Utilize EHR systems
– Collaborate with healthcare teams
– Educate patients and families
