Bespoke Psychiatry is seeking *Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants* to provide high-quality psychiatric care in long-term care settings across Illinois, with options for full-time or part-time roles.

Our unique group offers direct access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers. Ideal candidates are passionate, team-oriented, empathetic, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements:**
– Full-time or part-time availability
– Current Illinois & Missouri licenses
– Master’s degree as an APN or PA
– Prescriptive authority eligibility in Illinois/WI
– BCLS certification
– Willingness to drive to facilities
– Experience preferred but not required

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct assessments and develop care plans
– Document in EHR systems
– Collaborate with healthcare teams
– Educate patients and families
