*Position Overview*

*We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide medication management and psychotherapy (as needed) for adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and stable bipolar disorder.*

*This is an in-person position based in Costa Mesa, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. It’s a rare opportunity to practice psychiatry at the forefront of integrative and functional mental health care in a collaborative, supportive, and highly innovative clinical environment.*

*Key Responsibilities*

* *Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.*
* *Provide ongoing medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate.*
* *Collaborate with internal medicine, therapists, and wellness teams to deliver whole-person care.*
* *(Potentially) Receive training in TMS therapy, including advanced neuromodulation protocols.*
* *Incorporate additional data into diagnostic and treatment decision-making when indicated.*
* *Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and collaborative care planning.*
* *Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.*

*Qualifications*

* *MD or DO from an accredited medical school.*
* *Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry.*
* *Active and unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).*
* *Experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and stable bipolar disorder. If you are a resident or fellow, you may still apply.*
* *Addiction medicine background welcomed.*
* *Being credentialed with major insurances is preferred. *
* *Passion for integrative and innovative approaches to psychiatry.*
* *Strong communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.*
* *Interest in learning and implementing advanced treatments such as TMS, Spravato®, neurofeedback and regenerative therapies.*
