The provider assesses, diagnoses, treats and evaluates the care of patients and their families across the life span. Provides primary health care services emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, as well as the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic health problems, within the scope of practice for their area of specialty and training. Provides comprehensive medical services for members of family, regardless of age or sex, on continuing basis by performing the following duties.

Nurse Practitioner or PA will seek direction from a collaborating physician each time he/she needs input when caring for a patient.
