*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive medical services, focusing on outpatient care. The Nurse Practitioner will be instrumental in enhancing patient outcomes through effective diagnostic evaluation, case management, and treatment planning.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Perform assessments and diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
* Administer treatments and procedures using aseptic techniques in accordance with established protocols.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within a Level I Trauma Center to ensure optimal patient care.
* Provide education to patients regarding health and pain management, preventive care, and treatment options.
* Manage cases for patients requiring specialized services such as surgery, diagnostic imaging, treatments and therapies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with the clinics policies.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

*Qualifications*

* Master’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited program.
* Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
* Current DEA and NED license.
* Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in inpatient care preferred.
* Proficiency in sonography or other diagnostic imaging techniques is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and interpretation of lab results.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases effectively while providing compassionate care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 – $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
