Active Life Healthcare is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic team in our Wound Care Clinics. We specialize in wound care consultations serving patients in Sacramento, Yolo, Solano, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba and Sutter counties. We are seeking skilled professionals with the highest caliber of competence and integrity that share our commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients. Full and part-time positions are immediately available.

We are looking for NPs that are effective educators and experienced in guiding patients towards a healthier lifestyle. Wound care experience desirable but not required. Three years of experience as a RN in a hospital, home health or clinic environment. Possession of a current valid California license as a Registered Nurse and a Certified Nurse Practitioner. New NP grads are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
