*What You’ll Need:*

* Current *California SLP license*
* At least *1 year of experience* as an SLP (home health preferred, but not required)
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* A friendly, patient-focused attitude
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Current *CPR certification* and *TB clearance*

*What You’ll Be Doing:*

* Visit patients in their homes and assess speech and language needs
* Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Monitor progress and update care plans in collaboration with the care team
* Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
* Document visits and outcomes in real-time using your company-provided iPad

*Territory Coverage:*
Monterey Peninsula – including Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Marina, Seaside, Salinas and surrounding areas

Pay: $70.00 – $90.00 per hour
