*About the Position*
Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C., is seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to join our high-volume multispecialty medical staff. Opportunities for medical dermatology, surgical dermatology and cosmetics are available. Excellent income potential, benefits, relocation allowance, and partnership track are available for the right candidate.
We are looking for new members to make a positive impact on our practice and patients. Partnership is an option after two years and includes ancillary income opportunities as well as a place on the Corporation Board.

Established in 1991, Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C. is a unique practice of over 30 medical professionals, offering a comprehensive mix of both skin and eye services and products for all ages. Our dermatology team consists of Dermatologists, Mohs Surgeons, Dermatology trained Advanced Practitioners, Dermatopathologists, Aestheticians and Certified Medical Assistants.
As the largest practice of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, Cascade serves a market area of over 1 million people from our six office locations in Pierce and King County. Our surgeons perform over 2,000 procedures annually in our physician-owned, fully accredited, two-room ASC as well as in our Mohs Surgical Suite.
Our experienced management team and medical support staff work together with our providers to deliver premier quality care to residents of the South Puget Sound region, and beyond.

Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C. is headquartered in University Place, just south of Tacoma, WA with clinic locations in Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Olympia and University Place. Nestled against Commencement Bay and the South Puget Sound with sweeping views of Mt. Rainier. Tacoma is located between two of America’s trendiest cities: Portland and Seattle. *Support and Structure*
· Three rooms with two dedicated medical assistants, ModMed (EMA) EMR, dedicated Derm Tech for wound checks, phototherapy and minor procedures, Triage Desk
· Admin Support: CEO, CFO, HR department, Revenue Cycle/Billing Department, Prior Authorizations Department, In-house pathology lab with two Dermatopathologists
· Advanced Practice Providers in collaborative practice
*Capabilities *
· UVB/UVA phototherapy, Excimer laser, Mohs surgery, XRT, Full body Plastic surgery, Oculoplastic surgery, Photodynamic therapy, Pulse Dye laser/ Excel V laser, Picosure laser, Fraxel Dual laser, CO2 Fraxel laser, Platelet Rich Plasma, Hair Removal laser, Clear and Brilliant, IPL, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Coolscupting, Thermage, Chemical peels, Neurotoxin and Fillers.
*Compensation Details: $500,000-$750,000, Annually*
Estimated Earnings Range for 1.0 FTE Physician at 32 patient-facing hours/week, 32-35 patients/day is $500,000-$750,000 annually depending on patient, payer and procedure mix.
