Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a *licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* or *Clinical Fellow (CF)* for a *direct hire, full-time school-based position* near *Lawrenceville, NJ*. Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

* Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
* Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (35-hour work week)
* Pay: $70,000+, commensurate wewrftwith education and experience!
* CF will receive direct supervision
* $3,000 sign on bonus to be paid out during the first year of employment

Responsibilities:

* Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
* Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
* Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
* Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
* Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Requirements:

* Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
* NJ School Certification
