Join *Unison Health* as a *Clinical Therapist* on our Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team. *What You’ll Do*
* Provide therapeutic services multiple times per week to youth and families in their homes and community settings
* Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress
* Complete treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention according to program and state standards
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
* Participate in a *24/7 on-call rotation* (with premium call pay)

*Compensation*
* Up to *$68,000/year* – dependent licensed clinicians (3+ years experience)
* Up to *$75,000/year* – independently licensed clinicians (3+ years experience)
* *Annual bonus* potential up to $8,000

*What You’ll Need*
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Current Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
* Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (must be insurable)
* Experience with children and families preferred
* Knowledge of mental illness, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
