*Position Overview:*
We’re hiring a skilled *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to deliver individualized speech therapy services to pediatric and adult clients in their homes.

*Responsibilities:*

* Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations.
* Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
* Collaborate with families and caregivers for at-home support strategies.
* Document progress in accordance with state and company standards.
* Communicate effectively with other providers on the care team.

*Qualifications:*

* Current Maryland SLP license and ASHA CCC (required).
* At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $48.48 – $60.56 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Work Location: In person
