At *Inspira Health*, the region’s leading healthcare network, we are looking for *Co-Occurring Therapists* to join our Behavioral Health & Addiction Resource Team (BART). In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through individual and group therapy, comprehensive clinical assessments, and personalized treatment planning. You’ll work closely with patients, families, and community partners to support recovery, foster resilience, and ensure a smooth transition back into the community. Here, your expertise will help create a safe, therapeutic environment where every patient has the opportunity to heal and thrive.

*Qualifications:*

● Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field from an accredited program

● Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders, ideally in an integrated treatment setting

● Dual state licensure or certification in mental health and substance use counseling (LCSW, LPC, CADC, LCADC, or provisional status)

● Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with proficiency in evidence-based modalities for dual diagnosis populations

● Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations

● Knowledge of community resources and public health systems
