*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental health. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Pediatrician will operate in a dynamic environment that includes urgent care, acute care, and specialized services.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough examinations of patients to assess their health and development.
* Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions, including but not limited to diabetes care, addiction counseling, and ostomy care.
* Provide preventive health services such as vaccinations and routine check-ups.
* Manage acute care cases and coordinate treatment plans for children with chronic illnesses.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a Level I Trauma Center or hospital setting to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
* Board certification in Pediatrics is preferred.
* Experience in urgent care or acute care settings is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children and their families.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
* Ability to operate medical equipment relevant to pediatric practice.

Pay: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
