We’re looking for a Nurse Manager who shares our vision and is ready to lead with integrity, inspire with compassion, and elevate care standards across our Wyoming operations.
*What You’ll Do*
As Nurse Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our care delivery—balancing clinical oversight, operational leadership, and team mentorship. You’ll guide caregivers, collaborate with office staff, and ensure every client receives the personalized, high-quality care they deserve.
Your Impact
*Client Care Leadership*
* Serve as the go-to expert for client care coordination
* Conduct assessments and craft individualized care plans
* Provide skilled in-home visits when needed
* Monitor outcomes and ensure client satisfaction
* Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
* Maintain meticulous documentation that meets all standards
*Compliance & Administration*
* Ensure full compliance with Wyoming regulations and Caretech policies
* Oversee caregiver credentialing and training
* Manage audits, reporting, and documentation workflows
* Support billing and operations with accurate client data
* Innovate policies that improve care and streamline operations
*Team & Office Management*
* Help lead daily office operations
* Mentor caregivers and administrative staff
* Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and staffing strategies
* Cultivate a culture of respect, teamwork, and mission-driven care
What You Bring
*Credentials*
* Current LPN or RN license in Wyoming (required)
* Associate’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
*Experience*
* 3+ years in nursing, ideally in home health or community care
* Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
*Skills*
* Confident communicator and empathetic leader
* Deep understanding of in-home care regulations
* Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
* Independent thinker with a collaborative spirit

* Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility to meet client needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
