Job Description
The Clinical Operations Manager for the Critical Care Unit and Telemetry oversees daily clinical functions, staff scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure best practices.
Develops and implements strategies to enhance productivity, caregiver engagement, quality, patient loyalty, and financial outcomes within the CV Service Line. Establishes communication infrastructure for physicians and staff, collaborating closely with the Clinical Director to expand services. Ensures staff adherence to organizational mission, core values, and strategic goals, supporting performance improvement initiatives. Requires a registered nurse with a BSN (preferred), current license, and certifications like BLS and ACLS.
Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience in progressive care and 2 years of management experience. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Works in a safe, clean environment, capable of handling emergency situations, and physically able to perform patient care activities.
