Job Description

Join our faith-based residential treatment center as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, supporting adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy while integrating Christian values respectfully.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Facilitate psychoeducational groups, maintain clinical documentation, and participate in staff and professional development activities.

Engage families, provide crisis support, and uphold ethical standards.

Supervise non-licensed staff and evaluate clinical objectives.

Qualifications: Valid licensure in Arkansas (e.g., LPC, LMSW), Master’s degree in counseling or related field, 2+ years of adolescent clinical experience, commitment to integrating faith, and strong clinical skills.
