Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality long-term care in Illinois.

We offer an unique environment with access to supervision and case discussion with two board-certified psychiatrists, ideal for new graduates and experienced providers alike.

Requirements include Illinois license (or in process), Master’s degree, prescriptive authority, BCLS certification, and a passion for mental health. Full-time or part-time roles available, with responsibilities such as patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration.

Benefits include a $5k sign-on bonus, annual bonuses ($5k-$10k), 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and referral incentives.

Pay ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Experience in psychiatry preferred; Illinois license required. Roles involve travel to facilities.
