Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our leading pain management practice in Medford, OR, serving over 10,000 patients.

Provide comprehensive pain management through diagnosis, treatment, and interventional procedures.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and develop treatment plans.

Prescribe medications and assist with interventional procedures like injections.

Maintain licensure, comply with regulations, and ensure safe practice.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience (preferred), active licensure and DEA, and familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC).
