Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living communities.
Deliver face-to-face primary care services and participate in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to improve patient care. Offer a competitive salary up to $300,000 annually with incentive opportunities, along with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME, and professional liability coverage. Require current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and Board eligibility or certification. This full-time, in-person role aims to enhance clinical, cultural, and financial performance in post-acute care settings.
