Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

Responsibilities include conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting care, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting school-based services.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains professional credentials, and fosters positive internal and external relationships.

Key duties involve providing culturally sensitive therapy, participating in team meetings, and managing caseloads effectively.

Qualifications include a Master’s in social work, Maryland licensure as an LCSW-C, and at least 3 years of healthcare experience.
